SHIPMENT

We want our Client to know that our medium of Shipment is by ROAD and its been done by a reputable Shipping Company .Shipment leaves Kenya when truck is full meaning it takes about 2-3 weeks after each shipment for the NEXT to leave

We always advice our client to order at the end of the month or before the 5th of each month so you get your goods by the 20th-25th of the Month.

Please Note that delay often occur when client pay in their moneys when the truck has already left so they have to wait for the Next shipping DATE

MONEY ISSUES

We have created Agents in different areas where you make deposits directly to them and balance payment when goods arrived to ensure safety

65% deposit is made before any order is process and the Balance payment must be paid upon collection of your goods from our Agents.

Please Note we don't Give goods without balance payment.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

In areas like South Africa Lesotho and Namibia were we have Agents,all goods must be collected by client from our Agents Premises.

In cases where the Client is far away and thus not have a relative or friend to collect for Him/Her,we advice you pay logistic fare to our Agent to help send to you in the appropriate means choosing by you necessary
